To start the translation of your app, you will have to choose
the operating system of your application: Android or iOS.
If you have an app on both platforms, you can make 2 independent
orders,
and since some elements will be the same (description for the
app store, for example),
you can include it in one of the orders and leave it out in the other one.
You will be able to choose between 2 languages to upload
your original texts, Spanish and English.
If you don’t have your texts in none of the 2 languages, please
contact us, so that we first
translate your app into one of these 2 languages.

You will have to add the texts, which correspond to the
app store.
Remember that these texts should be in the language
you have chosen in the previous step.
App Android: You will have to fill in the fields, which are used on
Google Play
App iOS: You will have to fill in the field, which are used on the Apple
App Store
In this step you will have to upload the files you
would like to translate from your app.
You can upload one or various files, depending on how you
have structured your app.
Remember to upload the files in the correct format.

Here you can choose freely and flexibly
the languages, into which you would like to translate your app. For each language,
you can choose:
- If you would like to translate the texts of the app stores, the strings
of your app or both to the selected language.
- If you would like the translation to this language made by a
professional native speaker, if you prefer an automatic translation or if you
don’t want it to be translated into one of the languages.
You can see in real time the amount of words and the price for
every configuration.
Our recommendation:
For the languages with high potential and traffic we recommend to choose
professional translations. For the rest, we have to admit,
that the best is to choose professional translations as well,
if you have a limited budget you can opt for one of the automatic
translations. These automatic translations allow you to have
more visibility and a better positioning compared to your competitors in the
selected languages.
Once you have chosen the languages, you will have to make the
payment of your order.
If you don’t have an account yet, you will have to introduce your email and your password
you want to use afterwards to download your
translations.
The last step will be to download the translations you have
ordered.
After ordering a professional translation
you will have to wait between 2 and 4 working days until they are available.
The automatic translations will be available on the same day you make
the order.
Additionally, we have included an option to simplify the work, which
allows you,
to download all the translation in a zipped file,
once all the translations are available.
Remember that the button to download the whole order only works
when all the translations have been completed.
In the meanwhile, you can download the translations
individually.
